WORKSHOPS

WORKSHOP 1. THE COUPLE RELATIONSHIP: FROM THE ELECTION TO THE CONFLICT

  • In this workshop, through different exercises and tasks, we will approach and work on the relational dynamics of the couple.

WORKSHOP 2. SOLUTIONS FOCUSED THERAPY

  • It will work on the construction of objectives, the miracle question or the language of orientation to the future, the exceptions and the use of the scale. In this way they could have a good idea of ??the most representative tools of this model.

WORKSHOP 3. PROBLEM FOCUSED THERAPY (MRI)

  • We will work on how to do interviews focused on the problem sequence, how to explore it, what kind of questions to ask, etc. and on the other hand the same with the five common denominators of the MRI, and finally work the most appropriate type of task according to the common denominator (180 degree turn).

WORKSHOP 4. THE NARRATIVE

  • Outsourcing will be mainly worked, as well as the use of letters, diplomas and other narrative strategies (tree of life, clandestine teams, etc.)

WORKSHOP 5. INTERVENTION WITH PARENTS OF ADOLESCENTS WITH PROBLEMS

  • The first interview with the teenager's parents will be worked on. We will perform role-playing to know how to break the symptom cycle, how to provoke emotional shock and different specific techniques.

WORKSHOP 6. THE FINAL MESSAGE IN THE INTERVENTION

  • This workshop is intended to work on the final message we give after the break, focusing above all on praise, the different types of explanations we can give and finally the tasks or prescriptions, according to the different models (solutions, problem, narrative) .

WORKSHOP 7. BASIC SKILLS OF THE THERAPIST

  • In this workshop all basic skills will be worked on, especially those related to therapeutic alliance, listening (mirror responses, summaries, comments, ...), relational styles, possible difficulties in the therapeutic process, ...

WORKSHOP 8. ACTIVE TECHNIQUES IN FAMILY THERAPY

  • The Family Sculpture, the Soliloquy, the Change of Roles, the Auxiliary Self technique and the Directed Journey will be worked on.

WORKSHOP 9. THE SELF-CARE OF THE PROFESSIONAL

  • In this workshop we will reflect on both the positive and negative consequences of the helping relationship. We will incorporate tools that provide greater well-being and personal balance in order to manage the impact of the help relationship. And we will learn emotional self-management skills.

WORKSHOP 10. KEY INTERVENTIONS

  • In this workshop, different intervention techniques of those considered fundamental will be worked on at a practical level. We will practice on how to respond to emails we receive from patients. The "Representational Systems" (Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic) will be worked on.
